Assessment overview

Assessment in Contested Knowledges seeks to gauge your understanding of the concepts we cover in the unit. Each assessment is an important part of both demonstrating your understanding, but also contributing to the understanding of others. Much of the work in the unit is collaborative, in the sense that it is a conscious recognition of the frame of reference we are working from - that knowledge is socially constructed and the interactions between people are as important as the knowledge we seek to impart through the learning materials. Make sure you are contributing to the learning process and the learning of your fellow students.
