Residential Program

Please note: the field exercise will require a substantial physical effort at times and prolonged periods in the sun. In addition, the field site is situated in close proximity to a mangrove community, which will mean sand flies and mosquitos may cause some discomfort during the survey.

Each student is required to have long pants, sturdy shoes, hat, water bottle, insect repellent and sun screen. Please bring along binoculars and field guides if you own them.

Unless otherwise informed, assume you will need to bring along a packed lunch and snacks each day of the residential. Drinking water will be provided.
