Attribute accuracy

Attribute accuracy relates to the accuracy of labelling an attribute correctly.

One form of attribute accuracy is classification accuracy. Classification accuracy is a function of:

Accurately locating the boundaries that define areas and labelling those areas can be difficult because boundaries often do not exist even though they are mapped as sharp lines. This is a problem that occurs in both vector and raster systems.
