What's happening at Kidman Springs?

This case study provides an example of how GIS can be used to measure and monitor landscape pattern. An area in the rangelands of northern Australia is used as a case study. Here structural changes across the landscape are related to patterns of grazing intensity. We are grateful to John Ludwig, CSIRO, Tropical Savanna CRC, for access to the data and information on the project.
