Handouts (p. 540-541)
pp. 540-541 in your text explains how to print your slides so that your audience can have them for later reference.
It is good practice to distribute these to your audience before you begin your presentation as the audience can then annotate their own notes as needed.
Listed opposite are two sites that provide further PowerPoint tutorials that are at an introductory level. These may provide some useful pointers, especially when you are completing your assessment.
Non linear PowerPoint
As well as being able to work through PowerPoint slide by slide in a linear manner, there is also the possibility to use a non linear presentation throught the use of action buttons.
To find out how these work, try the following:
Open PowerPoint (or File, New)
Select Presentations
Scroll down, find and select Group Home Page
View the presentation and read the notes.
Think about when you could use this feature.
