By now you should have a good understanding of the legislative requirements for commercial tour operators and tour guides who work in Uluru–Kata Tjuta National Park. You will be familiar with what the EPBC Act and EPBC Regulations are, and how they work in conjunction with the Uluru–Kata Tjuta National Park Plan of Managementto endorse the permit conditions that relate to commercial activities in the Park.
It is also expected that you understand the role of tour guides in assisting the Park managers and staff to look after the Park and all visitors.
