Home / Preparation

Preparation is one of the most important parts of your research project. The more time and effort you put into preparing, the more you will benefit at the end of the project.

In this section you will find information on establishing your research goals and completing a supervision agreement. Blaxter's chapter on 'Getting started' has some useful tips.

You should also be aware at this stage of issues around Intellectual Property and of software such as EndNote that will help you manage your literature references.

You will also find a list of services and resources available to postgraduate students.
